adminThe Penang State MIC successfully convened its State Meeting today, bringing together all Division Chairmen, State Committee members, and leaders from the Youth, Wanita, Putera, and Puteri wings. The meeting served as a meaningful platform for fruitful discussions, idea sharing, and strategic updates in preparation for the upcoming term.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all Division Chairmen and wing leaders for their unwavering support and commitment, particularly in coordinating the recent AIMST tour — a significant initiative aimed at enhancing educational opportunities for our students.
During the meeting, State leaders were reminded of the essence of leadership within MIC: to serve the community with sincerity and without expectation. As party leaders, it is our duty and moral responsibility to uplift and support the Indian community in all possible ways.
Key dates were confirmed for the upcoming party calendar:
- MIC Division Meetings will be held from 15 June to 15 July 2025.
- State-level AGMs for Youth, Wanita, Putera, and Puteri wings will take place in the intervening weeks.
- The MIC Penang State Convention is scheduled for 1 August 2025.
The meeting concluded at 10:30 PM on a high note, with all participants leaving in good spirits, united in purpose and ready to serve.
